Brian Robinson
Co-Founder and Principal
Brian began his career in the insurance industry over 20 years ago with Nationwide. He has extensive experience with both the Commercial and Personal Lines side of our business and has been an independent agency owner for over a decade. His career path in both the captive and independent insurance agency worlds helped shape ISG United. Brian is a co-founder and principal at ISG United and continues to help lead and grow our organization.
Logan Johns
Affiliate Administrator
Logan's background is in IT Design & Development and has worked in the technology industry his entire life. He started out as a senior programmer at a large e-commerce corporation and eventually moved to Texas where he now resides and works. Logan has built out ISG's current management system and processes to ensure optimum efficiency. He also assists with administrative tasks and works with affiliates to train and provide daily support.

Jessica Peters
Controller
With over 30 years of accounting experience, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. She has been the Controller for ISG United since its inception and has played a vital role in the company's success from the very beginning. As a mother, she is now enjoying being an empty-nester and dedicating her time and energy to her work at ISG.
Chris Hill
Director
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, which includes the past ten years working in the property & casualty side of the business. His previous role as Territory Manager for both Progressive and ASI has given him some valuable insight into helping grow successful agencies in Texas. Before working on the carrier side, Chris spent time as an independent agent and financial advisor in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Jennifer Griffith
Executive Administrator
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the business industry. A big part of her career has been in Human Resources Management with emphasis on recruiting/onboarding/training new employees. In 2019, she received her Property & Casualty license and was an agent for 4 years with one of the biggest insurance brokerages in Texas. She joined ISG United in 2023 as Executive Administrator where she currently assists the Director with various operations including onboarding and daily member support.
Lorin Hunter
Marketing Lead
Lorin is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a business degree in Marketing. As ISG United's Marketing Lead, she is responsible for driving the company's recruiting and member growth efforts, managing brand and trade organization relationships, and maintaining a strong online presence. She also works directly with group members to provide daily support as needed.
